Summary
Parents are heading off for the day and are leaving home a house full of kids and the older are set in charge of the younger. Jobs are given, chores are dispersed, and as the parents are departing one last word is given: “Each one of you, look out after the other.” Kind of like they are saying, “if anything bad happens, you are all responsible.” This is like Hebrews 12:15, where God says a word to everyone in the church: “Look carefully after one another, lest anyone fall….”
